ROCK-WBL Construction Trading and Services started its humble beginnings in the year 2018.
The name itself was derived from the significance of the ROCK - as something that is strong, durable and firm and WBL as its origin at Wawa, Balagtas, Bulacan.
Wawa in English is the point of river that meets the ocean as to it signifies that abundance and flow stream of water or perhaps resources to our business.
