ROCK-WBL CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION humble beginnings began in 2018. THE NAME WAS DERIVED FROM THE MEANING OF THE WORD “ROCK”, which refers to anything strong, durable, and firm. The origin of WBL may be traced back to WAWA, BALAGTAS, BULACAN. In English, WAWA refers to the point at which a river meets the ocean, and it represents the abundance and flow of water or, perhaps, resources to our business.
